From September – November 2014, a large portion of our members joined an 8 week Paleo challenge. When you combine exercise with better eating habits the results are amazing! We do coach CrossFit but we also promote overall health and wellness. Small changes can lead to healthier long term habits. It can start by simply taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or parking your car further away from the door. We make an effort to meet people where they are and teach them to move more efficiently while having fun.
There is nothing better than having a support system in your corner. What we provide is a positive community, encouragement and lots of tips that help you outside of the gym. What is expected from you? Consistency! Getting through the door is the hard part. Come on by and visit with us, let us answer any questions you may have. We are all works in progress.
